The sun shone for this year’s Flower Show and Country Fair and a great afternoon was enjoyed by everyone who came along. We had entries from 59 different people in the Flower Show and standards were very high. A full list of cup winners can be found in the Parish Magazine – which you can download on this site.
A fantastic total of £4,400 was raised on the day which will be split equally between St Michael’s Hospice and community projects for the sports field site.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped organise this year’s event and all those who helped on the day from the volunteers who made countless cups of tea to the young farmers who helped park cars safely and everyone who ran stalls, cooked burgers, served pimms and helped set up and clear up! Thank you all.
