The regular practice of yoga brings deep relaxation, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, strength and lightness.

The effects are calming and energising.

Due to falling attendance, Suzie has called a temporary pause in yoga classes at the pavilion.

As soon as she can gather a group of 10 or more regular attenders, she will be happy to re-start the class.  Suzie travels from Newhaven to teach us, so she needs a minimum class size to justify the journey.

We have all much enjoyed Suzie’s good-humoured and relaxed style of teaching, and with her encouragement, we have learned how to flex and how to relax. Let’s hope it won’t be too long before we can continue our yoga practice at the pavilion.
